Yesterday actually ended up being an alright day. I mean, the revision was gash, but spending time with the people I love was a good way to spend the day :) To those who made the time for me, I'm hugely grateful that you did so, if you hadn't, I think I'd have had a pretty lonely day.
Today was the day of the Semester 3 exam. The preparation for this exam has taken weeks of blood, sweat, tears and semen (thanks Chris). All this work culminated in a 2 and half hour paper, full of questions about random facts we had no way of knowing unless we had read WIDE around the topic. This was hugely disappointing to be honest, and I don't think I've spoken to anyone since who thought that it went well, but as long as thats the general consensus then we should be OK.
The rest of the day has been spent at Viper Towers, napping and watching TV. Pete Vs. Life is a surprisingly good TV programme :) Also, had a LARGE platter of nachos from Wetherspoons - nearly ate the whole thing, but have to admit, I prefer the cheap ones from the union!
Lesson 16: You can actually NEVER prepare too much for medical exams. You may think you know everything, but I can guarantee you don't.
Lesson 17: UMSU makes better nachos than Wetherspoons. And cheaper.
